My name is Trish Sargentini and I’m running for Financial Secretary.

On any given day at RRGC, you might find me helping as a:

• NRA & CA DOJ Certified Instructor

• Rifle & Pistol Range CRSO

• Trap & Skeet Range CRO

• USPSA / NROI RO for Richmond HotShots

Outside of RRGC, I am an automation process engineer and consult on multi-million-dollar projects for the biotech industry. In the past 2 years, I have given my time and talent to the current Financial Secretary to keep up with our club’s rapid growth. This has resulted in improving RRGC's community outreach and digital image (as seen through my work on the club website and monthly bulletin).

I’ve collaborated with Earl Brown, Paul Czuleger, and Vince Sargentini on:

• Authoring the Rifle/Skeet Range SOP revisions

• Establishing the associate membership process

• Modernizing membership cards

• Moderating our social media platforms

As Financial Secretary, I will utilize my expertise to streamline RRGC membership via e-waiver/CRM software. This also provides me the chance to promote RRGC as a positive asset to the City of Richmond. We can save our 2A rights if we cultivate a collaborative relationship with our local communities. RRGC is experiencing an influx of new shooters. I am the right person to professionally communicate with both incoming and existing members.
