Trish attempted to offer the website for free, but was forced to enter a bid. She submitted a quote 90% under cost. Trish stopped submitting invoices for payment.
As webmaster, Trish is the go-to person for updating the website, maintaining social media, and responding to crowd-sourced reviews. Ratings on Yelp & Google Reviews have improved by greater than 15% since taking on the role.
